Happy Memorial Day!

We thought we would check out the Onalaska Memorial Day Parade. Even though the parade was only a few blocks long, Kaylee enjoyed it!



Relaxing weekend...

        So Kaylee has wowed us with her walking. Just like that, she is now walking everywhere. We hardly see her crawl anymore. It's been a nice change and she seems to love it. And ever since she started her walking, she seems to be much more independent now. Kelly and I both noticed it this past weekend. She hasn't been whining to be held by us anymore and instead is playing on her own. It makes things so much easier for Mom and Dad! For those that didn't know, she had to be held by Mommy all the time. And the second she was put down, she would start crying. I know Kelly likes this change the most! :) The other day, we turned our eye on her and all of a sudden she was on the very top step. Scary but luckily she didn't fall. She seemed to grasp a hold of climbing up stairs instantly, so that was kind of neat to see. Here are a few pics of our beautiful girl...

Ok, so it's not a full fledge walk around the park or marathon, but she keeps getting braver and braver and is starting to go for short little walks from here to there. Way to go sweetie!
