Bored...

This cold weather stinks! So we decided to play inside tonight. Here is Kaylee testing out her air mattress bed. Figured we might need one since she is getting too big for a pack n play and we have a few mini-vacations planned for this summer. First one up, the Bangtson clan! :)  I'm sure they will be very happy to be the first "test group" of this new sleeping arrangement, ha.

Kaylee's been getting out of her toddler bed the past few weeks on her own, which is a cool milestone, esp. when you see her running into our bedroom in the morning with a big smile on her face. Only problem, she now comes running in around 6 am, sometimes earlier. The other day, we were both getting ready for work downstairs and wondered what would happen when she woke up and ran into our bedroom and couldn't find us. Maybe an all out scream or cry, but she managed to walk down the stairs and knock on the bathroom door. Pretty cute and brave!  Ok, that is all the excitement I can muster up on this post! :)

Exciting News!

We are happy to announce, another bundle of joy is coming our way! Kelly is due November 29th, 2012! Just got back from the doctor's office and listened to the heartbeat. It never gets old! :)  We'll be finding out the sex of the baby in a few months. When we asked Kaylee what she would like to have, she says "brother". And for some reason, about two weeks ago, she would tell Kelly that "Daddy left to go pick up brother". This was before we even told her the news, strange. So with all that said, I'm sure we will be expecting girl #2, ha.

P.S: We did have a nice "Big Sister" shirt for Kaylee to pose in, but she didn't cooperate for a picture. She was having tantrums over skin that was peeling on the bottom of her feet instead, lol.

We bought Kaylee a pop-up playhouse the other weekend, so here is a quick shot of her playing in it. Yup, I think we need a bigger house!

Kaylee just loves hanging around our neighbor Finley. So we had to get a picture of the two before it was too late! Finley's family is in the process of building and we are looking for a new house for ourselves. Although with the luck we are having trying to find something we like, it might be a few years away from reaching our goal, ha.
