A few pics of our Halloween adventures. It took some convincing to get Kaylee to wear her Cinderella dress, but we managed!
Her princess pose...
Kelly at 8 months along, only three few weeks left! Even though we both felt like it was another big baby, at the most recent checkup, the Doctor said the baby is not measuring "huge" even though Kelly feels like it is.
Here are a few pics of our adventures to the local pumpkin patch. And then tonight, I was able to watch my nephew at the sectional cross country race in Rochester. Top 10 individuals go to State next weekend and he was #10! Good job Adam! Very proud of ya!
Haven't posted in a while and don't have too much to post for pictures :( Everyone is doing good at the Banse household though. Kelly has close to 1 month to go before the next one arrives. She's been feeling pretty good and has her diabetes under control. No more 4 pricks a day, only one prick every few days just to check levels. Not nearly as much swelling this time around either (so she says).
As for Kaylee, she has been growing very fast. Her latest kicks have been reading books to herself, and it's pretty cute to watch. The past few days she has been playing with our bedroom and bathroom doors. We'll come home from work and she'll go and walk around the house, closing doors, turning lights off, opening doors, turning lights on. She'll do this for a half hour straight, playing household pretend I guess if you had to call it something. She has Daddy go in one of the rooms to lay down and puts down a pillow and covers me up. She then of course shuts the door and disappears for a few mins before coming back in to check on me, lol. It's a nice relaxing time for me, ha. She has been doing excellent at daycare for potty training. Has been wearing underwear the past month and hardly has any accidents. It's defintely nice not having to bring pull-ups to daycare and a great money saver!Of course daycare and home are too different worlds, and she doesn't seem too cooperative for potty training at home, but still is making excellent progress nonetheless.
As for our house adventures, everything is still on for a Dec. 7th closing date. All inspections have passed, now just waiting for appraisals to complete. If they come back in range, we should be able to call things final! Don't anticipate any problems though. We've been busy packing things up and moving boxes to a storage shed we rented close to the new house. Exciting stuff and a great way to get rid of junk!
Here is a picture of Kaylee putting Halloween decals on her body being all silly, and then a video of her reading some books. She is quite an independent gal when she wants to be, and quite the sassy/bossy little thing! Wowsers!
