Happy Easter 2013!

Just a few pics around the house during Easter morning. We forgot to bring the ol camera with during all of our Easter gatherings, :(   But we have a few cute ones to share of what we did get...

And Kaylee happened to come across the Burley after Dad was getting the garage somewhat organized from the house move. We ended up going on a long bike ride and she of course loved it. Had to have that baby along with her...

Jumper Time!

Doesn't seem right that Makenna is able to go into a jumper already, but after daycare told us they had her in one, we took ours out and she loved it. She really is growing up too fast. Seems like yesterday we were in the hospital with her being born.

With the warmer temps, Kaylee and I have been able to go for wagon rides the past few nights after supper. Our new neighborhood has many streets to explore so we should be having a fun summer and meeting lots of kids to play with.

Kaylee decided to try on size 3-month pants after work today. Not sure how she fit into them, but she managed.

A little soccer time! Kaylee loves playing soccer lately. Not sure why we didn't think of this sooner, jeesh. What a good time waster.

 

 

Growing up!

We put Makenna in her Bumbo for the first time and she seemed to enjoy. Lookin' good! :)   She had her 4-month checkup and weighed in at 12 lbs even (16 percentile). So we have a little peanut on our hands!  Poor little thing has had a bad case of Exyma (sp) the past month, which is a bad rash. So hopefully that gets better soon (arms, legs, head, belly, you name it)

 

Josh was at Grandma and Grandpa's this weekend so they stopped over for a visit. A little cousin love...

And here is Kaylee in some new Skechers she picked out today. The girl is so excited over these shoes because they light up. There is nothing else she wants to do but walk around in them, and she keeps telling us she wants the weekend over so she can go to daycare to show her friends, oh boy!

Misc...

Been a while since I posted. Probably because things are a bit crazy now!! ha. Things are going well with all of us. Makenna is growing like crazy and continues to ALWAYS smile. Such a happy girl she is. Kaylee is doing well too. She loves counting to 10 in Spanish. Thanks to Dora and Daycare for that one. They've been teaching the kids Spanish, and Kaylee seems to really enjoy it. Her big birthday bash is this weekend so I am sure she will love all the toys and company that will be coming to our house! Here is a pic and a video...

 

 

3-month photoshoot...

Makenna's 3 month photoshoot at JCP went much better this time around. Makenna was cheesing it the whole time. Here are a few pics of our cutie pie...

 

 

And we ended up having to take Kaylee's bike back because it was just too big for her, but we found another one that she liked. Had to be pink! :)

 

 

 

A few more birthday pics to share. Kaylee loved her new bike, hopefully we won't have to return it for a smaller size, but I think we are good to go on that front. She had a great birthday today. Cupcakes and presents at daycare and then out to eat with us for supper. Thanks for all the birthday wishes!!
