The flu virus has been running through our house the past few days, along with a few other issues. How do we put it, ummm Kaylee was plugged up. Had to give her a suppository on Saturday (not fun for her!). It was one hell of a weekend for everyone to say the least. Never want to go through this again! Especially the constant cleaning up of poop after the suppository kicked in, :)
- Thursday: Daycare called and Makenna had a fever and needed to be picked up.
- Friday: Makenna stayed home from daycare
- Saturday: Took both girls in to get checked up. Kaylee was plugged up, they prescribed Miralax. 4 cups mixed with 20 oz Gatoraide and needed to be consumed in 2 hours. Didn't produce the results we were hoping and she was screaming belly up in pain. Put in a suppository, and two hours later, it finally did the trick. Poop party afterwards!
- Sunday: Both girls seemed to be getting somewhat back to normal, yay!
- Monday: Dad has the day off due to MLK. Daycare calls after lunch, Kaylee is sick with a temp and yucky tummy.
- Tuesday: Girls are finally back to normal again, but now the wife is sick. Kaylee has to stay home with Dad until tomorrow due to the daycare rules.
