Our annual venture to the apple orchard / pumpkin patch / hobby farm. Girls had fun but Makenna got pink eye during the visit.

Fun and Games

Boys headed to the Vikings game while the girls headed to the American Girl store at the MOA. Turned out to be a great weekend, except for the blowout loss by the Vikings. Great stadium though!

Some more pics from the girls last day at COTL Daycare and Preschool...

Makenna is known for being quite a lover. Loves to give kisses, even to kids at the new place. She had a boy named Abrahm in her class at her old daycare who was considered her boyfriend, :)  She LOVED Abrahm. Probably a good thing we switched daycares!

And of course all the teachers are crying their heads off (really) when I come to pick up the girls for the last time.

 

Kaylee's best friend Alaina. Kaylee and 3 other girls all grew up together at this daycare from the time they were 3 months old. So it was quite hard and sad to end this but we weren't the only ones.  Below was a picture of us at Sesame Street the next day, and Alaina happened to be there too!

Makenna tried some sweet corn for the first time, and loved it!

 

Makenna loves to copy Kelly doing her workouts. She is quite good too! It is so funny to see, I had to share.

 

 

4K / New Daycare

The girls started their new daycare on Tuesday, and Kaylee started 4K on Wednesday. So many changes for the girls, but they really handled them great. Kaylee did great at her first day of 4K on Wednesday and was very excited about it. We'll have to get a picture of her getting on the bus!

4K Orientation

Today was Kaylee's 4K orientation at Viking Elementary. She was super excited about it! The bus will now be picking her up every day from the girls new daycare (oh yea, they changed daycares today too, pictures coming soon) and dropping her back off in the afternoon. Lots of changes for them. They both handled the daycare part really good today, but the 4K was a little overwhelming for our little shy girl. She'll get used to it though!  Way to go Kaylee!!

The backpack was actually empty but she was just slouching over because she was getting her picture taken, :)
