County Fair time!

It was perfect weather for visiting some animals and going on a few rides! Girls loved it! Oh and of course the food is always great, even if it is just mini donuts.

Makenna's First Haircut

Makenna had her very first haircut today! She was so excited, :)

 

I finally decided to cash in on most of our Pampers points that we accumulated over the last 4 years. And here is what we got for my hard work.... No not the kid, but the trike.

Makenna - 18 months old

Woah, it's been over a month since I last posted. Yikes. Makenna had her 18 month checkup last month. She's been a great kiddo for us, although it seems like every other week she has been sick lately. A few days last week and a few more days this week she had to stay home with a temp. We're not sure what is going on. Maybe some new teeth or just her being in contact with many many kids at a daycare center. Speaking of daycare, both girls are going to be moving Sept 2nd to a new center in our town. The reason for the move is so Kaylee can go to 4K through the school district. Both kids currently go to daycare in La Crosse, and will now be going to Holmen. We are pretty excited for the change as the place they are heading to is building a new center and it should be completed in a month and it's only a mile away from our house.

And then here are some pics that were on the camera. Taking a break at work to upload these as that seems to be the only time I am on a computer nowadays (been busy doing house remodeling lately but we are finally getting close to being done. For a few months at least!)

The girls surprised me while I was painting all weekend with a cake for Fathers Day. Yes, I had to work on Fathers Day, :(
